Dave Wills is a Real Estate Agent and Branch Manager for Long and Foster. He had is first daughter while still in college and another two after graduating. With his youngest being diagnosed with Aicardi, Dave's perspective on parenting (and work), is that of someone who does, simply, what needs to be done.
